Everyone else has already said such nice things that are better than what I could say. This is wonderfully evocative. Such a sense of despair filters through every word, only to end with a strong undercurrent of hope.
I love their moments together in the workout room, and how they each begin to look at their friendship with a different perspective. Kara's moment of realizing it wasn't just frakking in general that she needed, but Lee, was poignant and adorably her.
It's also lovely how you managed to fit other people in, almost through filtered lenses, while keeping the sharp focus completely on our Pilots.
