Oh goodness, thanks so much Rachel! Yes, this one took a really long time to sort out for some reason. I'm so glad the exhaustion and tension of their days and then the lovely relief of being able to relax with each other come through. I was saying upthread that everything happens really quickly in canon but it would be interesting to see what would happen if they could only rely on each other for an extended amount of time. I'm glad the ending works too, especially as there is no natural solution to their problems at this point, as they don't have a lot of power. But just having each other and that knowledge would definitely make things easier and inspire them I think. Thank you as always for the lovely thoughtful comment! <3
